I have over 10 years experience as a Tutor in public education. I feel that with my training and personality, I would be a great tutor because I have the patience and understanding to know that all students perform on different levels. Hence, I am well versed in using research based strategies and an awful lot of common knowledge when it comes to working with students and adults providing differentiated instruction based on the students ability levels. I have taken many methods classes and writing workshops on a professional development level. I teach students how to prepare for the writing tests, as well as, how to improve reading fluency by increasing their vocabulary and using sight words.
