I'm an experienced tutor with over 13 years of assisting students. My specialty is Science, since it has always been a passion of mine. I especially enjoy helping students explore the wonder of Biology, Anatomy, Environmental Science, and other Life Science topics. My goal as a tutor is to open the eyes of my students to the wonderful science that exists all around them. It is so exciting to me to see the amazement they experience when they start to understand the theories of Science, and apply them to solve their Science-related coursework. My interest in Science helped me attain my Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science, and a Master degree in Parasitology from Southern University in Baton Rouge and Tulane University in New Orleans. I use this education to help high school students as a Science teacher and tutor to students. I'm skilled in teaching and tutoring Anatomy, Biology, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Physical Science, Life Sciences, and Ecology.I fill up my spare time with a diverse list of hobbies, including traveling to new destinations, trying out my skills on sewing patterns, trying new recipes for dinner, and spoiling my 60-pound fur-baby, an adorable Labrador Retriever.
